Villa Pineapple located in a tropical resort-style environment, providing the perfect tranquil getaway in the north of Koh Samui, with direct access to Thongson beach at Plai Leam. There is a private swimming pool, with the usage of a communal pool, alongside large and beautiful landscaped gardens where you will find a terrace, 6 sunbeds, a large Thai sala, a BBQ unit and lots of seated areas at poolside.

Villa has large and spacious open plan living area, with a view out to the garden and pool via the tall glass doors, coming with comfortable sofas, entertainment features, a dining room and a western-style kitchen.

There are 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people apiece, with 3 of the bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.

Accommodation

Beds
The 4 bedrooms are all beautifully appointed and sleep 8 people in total, ideal for large groups. 3 are located upstairs and come with balconies with stunning views of the surrounding gardens, while the 4th is located on the lower level. 3 bedrooms have double beds, and the 4th has twin beds. All the bedrooms have air-con, access to bathrooms, wardrobes and dressing table.

Baths
The villa has 3-bathrooms, 1 of which are main ensuites while two other bedrooms share an ensuite bathroom. The 4th bathroom is for guests and located downstairs. All the bathrooms have showers, wash basins and toilettes.

Kitchen
The fully-equipped modern-style kitchen has lots of appliances that includes a fridge, oven, blender, kettle, sandwich toaster, and a washing machine.

Living Room
The lounge area has beautiful views and direct access out to the pool, terrace, and garden, coming with large leather sofas for 5 guests and entertainment features that include a TV with Western channels, DVD player and Internet.

Dining Room
There is a 6-seat dining table next to the lounge, offering great views out to the terrace and swimming pool.

Located in a peaceful resort-style environment just a short distance from Thongson Beach, which is situated on the northern coast of Koh Samui. This is prime holiday territory, with the beach so close, and other popular holiday areas such as Bophut and Choeng Mon just a 10-minute drive away, you are not too far from international restaurants, bars, shopping centers or major attractions ( about 3km)

** Electricity&water is not included in the price. It must be paid the day of departure.
Electricity 7 THB +7% VAT per 1 unit. Water 800 THB per week (fix price)
*The cost of electricity depends on how you use the air conditioning. To avoid the high cost of electricity please close doors and windows when you use the air conditioner in the bedrooms.
*please no parties after 10 pm and smoke only outside the house: on the balcony or in the garden. Thank you for understanding
