The 5 bedrooms villa is constructed over 3 floors. Four terraces with stunning view. Each room has a sea view. A large private swimming pool with sun loungers and covered Sala with sea view and a shaded area plus outdoor dining for 6. Also outdoor kitchen with BBQ.

On the ground floor 2 bedrooms suites one has twin king size beds buil- in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower.The other has twin beds walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. between the bedrooms is the storage /laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Leading up to the first floor ,there are 3 further bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 2 of them are master suites with built-in wardrobes,bath separate shower and twin washbasins and the fith bedroom sits in the middle with a king size bed walk-in wardrobe slightly smaller but with an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The top floor is all open and very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and direct access on to the terraces.there’s a large confortable sofa and coffee table with TV with IPAD /IPOD docking station and a large dining table that seats 10.Wi Fi in all the villa.

A house manager is reachable for any request such as car renting excursions, local mobile phone etc… or problem if any that might occur as well as for airport transfers.

The villa project is quiet and nice.

there is room for 2 cars parking as well as for motocycles.
