Villa Acacia

Villa Acacia is surrounded by a beautiful garden ensuring you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. An open floor-plan greets, together with kitchen, dining table and living area. Alfresco dining is offered by the pool with table and four chairs. Moreover, the outdoor area has a plenty of space where you can choose to have BBQ party, swimming or just lounging around in the tropical sunshine on any of the four sunbeds.

When walking in you will find a U-shape fully-equipped western style kitchen, plus breakfast counter with two chairs. The dining table is comfortably large enough for 8 guests, perfect for enjoying a meal with access to beautiful green views outside. The upstairs balcony features two chairs and a table, with stunning views of either the pool or green garden – perfect for afternoon teas.

You can book all 2 villas or book them separately according your requirements. This is especially ideal for groups of friends, large family bookings or couples and singles looking for a conveniently located place near the beach. Please note, that the interior décor in each villa can be a bit different.

The holiday villas are located in a very peaceful area, yet remains only 10 minutes to Choeng Mon Beach. You can choose to stay in and enjoy either the private or communal pool and the beachfront. Those who looking for a superb spa experience – Six Sense spa hotel is only 5 minutes away by car. There are a number of attractions you can choose from such as visiting the Big Buddha temple at Wat Plai Leam or Wat Bang Rak. Heading towards Choeng Mon Beach, there is a wide range of activity to suit any preference, with Minigolf International, Art Gallery Samui, Samui Football Golf and Samui Shooting Range in close proximity.

Accommodation
Beds
Each of the 5 bedrooms are decorated beautifully and can sleep up to 10 guests. All rooms feature wooden built-in wardrobes and dressing tables, air conditioning and ceiling fans. 2 rooms are twin single beds and master bedroom has a king-sized bed with two chairs included in the private living area.

Baths
All bathrooms are modern designed, one shared bathroom on the ground floor and one shared with bathtub upstairs. The master bedroom is en-suite with bath. The outside bedroom also has its own bathroom. Vanity and towels are provided.

Kitchen
The western style kitchen is fully-equipped including oven, microwave, coffee maker, stove. There is also a dishwasher to make light work of cleaning up afterwards.

Living Room
The living room benefits from lots of natural light, with the villa being designed with large glass doors. Guests can enjoy entertainment facilities including, large screen Smart TV, DVD player, international Channel, Wifi Internet, books and board games. There is a cozy four seat sofa to relax and unwind.

Dining Room
Large dining table with 8 seats, the dining area is big enough for you to have a family party.
